In this fairy tale, Charles Perrault and the Grimm Brothers have rewritten their own version of the story which depicts Cinderella similar but yet they are both different in some ways. Comparisons from Perraults and the Grimm's stories tell about her character and another comparison is the way she is being treated in both stories in terms of the tasks she is asked to do and her desires to go to the ball and the reaction she gets from her family.
